Black annealed wire process
After selected raw materials are calcined at about 1000° high temperature to maintain sufficient time, and then cooled at a suitable rate. The purpose is to reduce hardness, improve machinability; eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and cracking tendency; refine grain, adjust organization and eliminate organizational defects.
Features
Softer and more flexible than ordinary black iron wire, with uniform softness and consistent color.
Uses
Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical industry, welding mesh, welding hanger, reprocessing, etc. After annealing, the iron wire becomes softer and more flexible, which is more effective for making construction tying wire and tying steel bars.
