Brass Flat Wire:

1. The resistance of copper is relatively small. The smaller the resistance is, the gold is the silver, but the high value of gold and silver is not suitable for practical use, so copper is generally selected.

2. The melting point of copper is high and stable. Copper wire – purple-red solid, easy to conduct electricity, easy to bend, can be used as wire, electrical properties are not easy to be oxidized, so copper is often used as wire.

3. Brass flat wire has good mechanical properties, good thermal plasticity, good cold plasticity, good machinability, easy fiber brazing, corrosion resistance, but easy to cause corrosion cracking, hot working temperature 650 ~ 850 ℃; annealing temperature 600 ～700℃; low temperature annealing temperature for eliminating internal stress is 270～300℃.
